Returns Policy

Return & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, consumers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return goods for any reason without penalty, though you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

1. General Return & Cancellation Terms

1.1 You have the right to cancel any product or service purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery.

1.2 After the 7-day cooling-off period has expired, cancellations and returns will no longer be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

1.3 Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all labels and accessories. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

1.4 A 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations. Please note that all return shipping costs during the cooling-off period are at the customer’s expense.

1.5 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, subject to the handling fee and any applicable delivery or collection fees.

1.6 Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in accordance with the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

Please note that the following items may not be returned, or restrictions may apply:

2.1 Custom or special-order furniture — These are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective.

2.2 Partially or fully assembled furniture — Returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or defective. All items must be unused and in their original state.

2.3 Software and digital products — Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or for any digital downloads.

2.4 Electronic items — Before returning, ensure all personal data is deleted and the device is reset to factory settings. Workfinity is not responsible for any personal data left on returned electronics.

2.5 Hygiene-sensitive items — Products such as headphones, ergonomic cushions, or personal-use items are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene reasons.

3. Important Notes

  • If you do not comply with the terms of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct reasonable fees from your refund.
